Evening Celebration Package
Got something to celebrate! The Dragon Hotel, Swansea’s premier city centre hotel is ready & waiting to make your event an occasion to remember!
Our inclusive packages are designed to assist you in organising a evening celebration, be it an engagement party, evening wedding party or birthday party. We offer an informal buffet package, to ensure your party meets and exceeds your exceptions. A package designed for those would would like a relaxed evening, this package is all about creating a party atmosphere and making a true celebration!
£16.95 per person
(Minimum of 80 guests)
This package includes:
The hire of the Pembrey Suite for the evening, with a spacious dance floor & private bar facility
7 item finger buffet menu
3 tier cascade table balloon centrepieces
Our Resident DJ is included for your evening entertainment
Red carpet will decorate the entrance to the hotel for the guest’s arrival
The Hotel will provide a projector & screen should you wish to arrange a display of images which can be viewed while the buffet is being served.
Terms & Conditions
Minimum Numbers for the package is 80 guests.
A £300 deposit is necessary to secure date and the booking; this is non-refundable & transferable
Full payment is necessary two weeks prior to the event
Booking subject to availability at the time of making the enquiry
