Summer Weight Loss support is coming your way!
This month we’re excited to launch the Dragon Health Club Weight Loss club with Tara!
Tara will be running the classes every Monday at 6pm.
The class will be split into 30mins for results recording, followed by 30 minutes of motivational tips and advice covering nutrition and exercise. You’ll even see Tara giving great demos on exercises to do at home!
