Formal Prom Package From £22.95
To include:
Room Hire
Welcome Cocktail (Non Alcoholic)
Set Menu from either Winter or Summer menu
DJ
Special Accommodation Rates (when available)
- Minimum Numbers: 80
- £300 deposit necessary to secure booking
- £300 bond is required prior to the event which will be refunded after the event provided that no damage has occurred to the hotel during the event
- Hotel Security must be provided on the ratio of 1:50 students, at £75 per Security Personnel
- Full payment is necessary two weeks prior to the event
- Adult School Representatives to the ratio of 1:10 students necessary in the event
- Adult School Representatives necessary to sign the contract
- ID will be necessary for bar service

Informal Prom Package From £16.95

Buffet Menu (3 main course and 1 dessert option for 75 guests; additional option for every 25 guests over and above minimum numbers)

- Available Sundays – Tuesdays only
- £300 deposit necessary to secure booking
