Christening & Naming Ceremonies

The Dragon Hotel can offer a selection of packages tailor made for Christening and Naming Ceremonies.  With every budget considered there’s something for everyone, but if you’ve got something specific in mind our events team can custom make a package just for you.

All packages include private room hire, cake stand and knife, white linen and background music.  Minimum number of 40 guests applies to each package.

One set price, no hidden extras, where the service and attention to detail is second to none. To take the hassle out of organising your next student event, let The Dragon Hotel work with you. Sit Down Dinner Dance From  £22.95

To include:
Room Hire
Welcome Cocktail (Non Alcoholic)
Set Menu from either Winter or Summer menu
DJ
Special Accommodation Rates (when available)

  • Minimum Numbers: 80
  • £300 deposit necessary to secure booking
  • £300 bond is required prior to the event which will be refunded after the event provided that no damage has occurred to the hotel during the event
  • Hotel Security must be provided on the ratio of 1:50 students, at £75 per Security Personnel
  • Full payment is necessary two weeks prior to the event
  • Adult School Representatives to the ratio of 1:10 students necessary in the event
  • Adult School Representatives necessary to sign the contract
  • ID will be necessary for bar service

Buffet Dinner Dance From £16.95

To include:

Buffet Menu (3 main course and 1 dessert option for 75 guests; additional option for every 25 guests over and above minimum numbers)
