Ms Daniels is the Editor of Crème, the PA and secretarial section of The Times and judge of the prestigious PA of the Year Award. Julie has also been the Editor of Debate, Times Online and Editor of the Debate page of The Times. She captured the audience with her words of wisdom, speaking of the evolution such a position in the workforce has undergone in recent years and reflecting upon her own development from Secretary to Editor. Teaching those in attendance the importance of ‘being bold’ she stated:
‘..by it’s very nature, a PA is there to be of help and assistance but it can sometimes go too far. There is no shame in saying ‘no’.’
