SMALL GROUP TRAINING
At the Dragon Hotel we certainly know how to kick off the start of a new week with the introduction of MOTIVATION MONDAY! We are now holding 30 minute Fat Burning, Metabolism Boosting Classes that are high on results and low on time.
Reach your health and fitness goals faster with our Personal Trainers who are holding small group training classes every Monday at 6.00pm. We keep the class small so you get plenty of attention from our trainers.
The 30 minute group sessions will be a personal ‘circuit style’ training session, with sessions including ‘High Intensity Interval Training’.
Class costs are £3 Health Club Members £5 Non-Members

Come along to our class every Monday at 2pm and Thursday at 6.30pm. 45 minutes of fun, low impact exercise aimed at improving fitness, toning muscles and building strength.
