Did you know we are now offering Group Personal Training at Swansea’s Dragon Hotel?
Work out 1-2 times per week with a small group (average 5-10 people) with a trainer to lead you through a challenging full body workout that will help you reach your personal goals, regardless of your current level of fitness.
Each workout is based on scientific exercise progression and will leave you feeling motivated and ready for the next challenge – we will make sure that everyone gets the very best from these sessions.
Within weeks you will notice an increase in strength, energy and overall fitness level.
The Dragon Hotel’s small ‘group personal training’ offers the benefits of having your own trainer for less cost
We currently offer scheduled times and try to keep the group training sessions as close to a one to one session as possible, and do not use a typical class format.
