Christmas Terms & Conditions
- All provisional Christmas bookings must be confirmed within 7 days of booking and a deposit of £10.00 per person for Party, Festive & Brasserie bookings are required. For New Years Eve and Christmas Day a £30.00 per person deposit is payable with confirmation.
- Any bookings not confirmed within 7 days will be released without further notification.
- All balances must be paid in full prior to the event-taking place, by Friday 12th November 2010 at the very latest, with the exception of January bookings, which must be paid by Monday 13th December 2010. All bookings made after these dates must be paid in full within 7 days of the booking or if the booking is less than 7 days from the date of the event, payment in full is required immediately.
- The rate for the Christmas accommodation shall be the rate detailed in the confirmation of booking supplied by the hotel.
- Children are charged at the price stated on the Christmas Brochure.
- All prices shown are inclusive of VAT, but may be subject to change of rate and any other relevant taxes / levies at the current prevailing rate in force on the date of the event.
- All payments received, including deposits, are non-refundable & non-transferable.
- Should your party size decrease in numbers, payments (including deposits) cannot be offset against food, beverage or accommodation.
- If the final amount is not settled by the due date (as stated above), the hotel reserves the right to cancel the booking.
- In the unlikely event that the hotel is obliged to cancel the function, for any reason other than those stated above, all monies will be refunded or an alternative date or location offered, without liability to the hotel.
- No additional food or beverage of any kind is permitted into the hotel by party organisers or guests.
- Amendments cannot be made to your party’s pre-orders once received. A copy of the pre-order shall be placed on the table to ensure guests receive the correct menu items ordered.
- It is the guest’s responsibility to be present at the correct time of service – no allowances will be made for late attendance.
- No one under the age of 18 is permitted to attend the Christmas Party Night Festivities, this includes New Years Eve.
