Pembrey Country Park

Pembrey Country Park enjoys 500 acres of beautiful parkland and sweeping beaches from dawn to dusk. Throughout the summer additional attractions include a narrow gauge train, pitch and putt golf course, cycle hire, a large adventure playground and a dry ski slope and toboggan run.

Wildfowl and Wetlands Trust

Wales’ premier estuary for wildfowl and waders, the National Wetland Centre of Wales has a resident population of over 1,000 wildfowl from across the world. With its indoor discovery centre and the largest wetland habitat creation in the UK WWT Llanelli is a great place to visit whether you’re a serious bird watcher or a novice wishing to learn.

The National Showcaves Centre for Wales

Dan yr Ogof Caves is a great day out for the whole family with everything from award-winning caves, Dinosaur Park and Iron Age Village to Mr Morgan’s Farm and Barney Owl’s Children Adventure Playground.
